Eligibility Criteria

• Applicants must be citizens of countries within the East, Central, and Southern Africa (ECSA) region where ECSACONM Fellowship Curriculums have been officially approved.
• Applicants must have successfully applied for and been selected to participate in the ECSACONM Fellowship Programme in Midwifery, Critical Care, or Chronic Disease Management.
• Applicants must demonstrate substantial financial need, prioritising those working in remote facilities and serving hard-to-reach areas in their countries.
• Applicants must display a strong commitment to excellence in their profession, emphasising their aspiration to advance their skills and knowledge to positively contribute to healthcare in their community, home country, and the ECSA region.
• Applicants are required to provide at least two recommendation letters attesting to their dedication, commitment, and financial needs. Letters can be from healthcare professionals, educators, or mentors familiar with the applicant’s work and aspirations.
