• 3rd & 4th Sept 2018 – Pre-Conference Workshops – Closed Sessions to be attended on invitations only
• 4th September 2018 – On-site registration and collection of conference bags & ID (all delegates)
• 5th, 6th & 7th Sept 2018 – The Conference – Open Sessions to be attended by all registered delegates
• 5th September 2018 – Opening ceremony (all delegates)
• 6th September 2018 – Gala dinner (all delegates)
• 7th Sept 2018 – AGM to be attended by all ECSACON members
• 8th Sept 2018 – Post Conference – Closed Sessions to be attended by the ECSACON new officials & Project task force
